I forgot how much fun pumpkin carving can be. Joe ran to the store this morning to buy two pumpkins for us to carve. He came back with the biggest pumpkins I have seen! I was up for the challenge though. Once we were done, I forgot how much fun it can be- and how it brings you back to your childhood days. We even baked the pumpkin seeds! Now, I am feeling a little into the Halloween spirit!!! Thanks Joe for forcing me to get into the spirit.....
